Creating Fuels

If you want to replicate or create your own fuel, here’s how:

    • You can copy a file and modify it to suit your needs.
    • Examine the screenshot to understand what you will see in the files. Here’s what each element means:
      • Iid: Fuel identification number (you may not need to modify this).
      • Name: In-game name.
      • Density: Fuel density, volume/weight.
      • Specific Energy: Energy (in joules, correct me if I’m wrong) of the fuel.
      • Heat Capacity: The amount of heat the fuel can handle.
      • Stoichiometric Ratio: The stoichiometric ratio of the fuel. For general use, 13.7 – 14.7 is suitable (your fuel may vary).
      • Auto Ignition: Auto-ignition temperature.
      • Freezing Point: Freezing temperature.
