Changes:
- Rackam: Promoted 2 tiers to Tier 0.
- Io: Demoted 1 tier to Tier 1.
- Djeeta/Gran: Demoted 1 tier to Tier 2.
- Vane: Promoted 3 tiers to Tier 0.
Details:
- Rackam: Rackam’s significant improvements in both offense and defense have earned him a spot in the top tier. His ability to provide strong support while dealing considerable damage makes him a valuable asset to any team.
- Io: While Io remains a powerful character, her overall effectiveness has decreased slightly in recent updates. This has resulted in her being demoted to Tier 1.
