The List of Counter-Strike 2 Commands

How to open the Console in CS2?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Game Settings, open the Game Tab.
  2. Select “Yes” for the “Enable Developers Console (~)” option.
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Press the (“) (located to the bottom of the Esc).

How to Bind in CS2?

  • bind z “use weapon_hegrenade” (When you press the Z key, you can pick up the grenade.)
  • bind x “use weapon_flashgrenade” (When you press the X key, you can pick up the flash.)
  • bind c “use weapon_smokegrenade” (When you press the C key, you can pick up the smoke.)
  • bind v “use weapon_molotov” (When you press the V key, you can pick up the molotov.)

The “bind” commands above are the binds I used.
You can assign different binds as well.

The List of CS2 Commands

  • cl_showfps 1 (You can show your FPS with this command.)
  • cl_showfps 2 (You can show your FPS with this command in a detailed way.)
  • cl_showfps 3 (You can show your FPS with this command in a more detailed way.)
  • fps_max 000 (You can increase your FPS inside of the game.)
  • (On the other hand, you can also give the exact value as you wish.)
  • viewmodel_fov 68 (You can change your weapon view with this command.)
  • viewmodel_offset_x 2.5 (You can change your weapon view with this command.)
  • viewmodel_offset_y 0 (You can change your weapon view with this command.)
  • viewmodel_offset_z -1.5 (You can change your weapon view with this command.)

The code I shared above is the default setting offered by the game. If you wish, you can also change the “x, y, z” values to the range of “0, 1, 2” values. However, I would like to point out that I haven’t mentioned this setting for now, as the “cl_bob” setting, which is the option to fix the weapon’s movement status, has not been added to the game yet.

  • voice_modenable 1 or voice_modenable 0 (You can turn voice chat “on” or “off”.)
  • r_fullscreen_gamma 3 (You can change the game brightness to a bit dark with this command.)
  • cl_updaterate 128
  • cl_interp_ratio 1
  • cl_interp “0.015625”

These commands help reduce the in-game latency and fix all non-severe inconsistencies between the player and the server. For players with an unstable internet connection, I urge you to replace cl_interp “0.015625” with cl_interp “0.03125”.
